To complete registration for 2010 follow these instructions: Download registration forms here

Step 1 - Download and complete 2010 Player registration form (this includes returning players too!)
Step 2 - Download and complete Consent for Treatment form – All 4 parts with original signatures - no copies
Step 3 - Provide proof of residency. Please include a copy of his/her birth certificate and a phone bill or power bill as proof of residency.
Step 4 - Make your check or money order payable to Cal Ripken Baseball and mail to

T-Ball (ages 4, 5, 6) $65.00 per child (after Feb 9^th, $90.00)
Rookie (ages 7, 8) $85.00 per child (after Feb 9^th, $110.00)

AA, AAA & Majors (ages 9, 10, 11, 12) $125.00 per child (after Feb 9^th, $150.00)

Please go to registration forms and read about the Coaching Certification Program requirements for this year. Print and sign manager/coach responsibilites form. Turn in at sign-ups with coaches applications.
